Standard booking:
For groups of 5 or more, we will take card details at the time of booking and hold these securely. A link will be sent to collect these details via our booking system. If these are not filled in within 24hrs of the booking being made it will be deleted automatically and you will need to rebook. A charge of £25 per person will be charged to the card if the table is cancelled under 24 hours before the booking. We will hold the card details securely and in the case of these cancellation policies not being met, we will charge the card. Your card will not be charged unless our policy is broken.
Private Event Hire:
We will take card details at the time of booking and hold these securely. A link will be sent to collect these details via our booking system. If these are not filled in within 24hrs of the booking being made it will be deleted automatically and you will need to rebook.
- A deposit of £10 per person will be required on booking.
- If the whole booking is cancelled within 2 weeks of the booking a charge of £25 per person will be charged to the card on file. If a deposit has been paid, this will be deducted from the final amount.
- Any reductions in the number of guests within 1 week of the booking will result in a £25 fee per reduced guest. This will be charged to the card on file.
- We will charge your card without prior warning.
Filling out the card details confirms you have read and accepted the terms and conditions of booking.
